The shape of the system and the practical way into it.
01What is PracticeGrowth.Tech?
PracticeGrowth.Tech is a done-for-you AI growth system for accounting, tax, bookkeeping, financial-advisory, wealth-management, and mortgage-lending practices. It combines AI Websites, AI Assistants, and CRM & Automation in one managed system.
02What are the three pillars?
The three pillars are AI Websites, AI Assistants, and CRM & Automation. Social + Unified Inbox is a major CRM-powered capability with its own page, not a fourth pillar.
03Who does PGT serve?
PGT serves accounting, tax, bookkeeping, CPA, financial-planning, wealth-management, and mortgage-lending practices in the DFW Metroplex, Texas, and across the United States.
04Do I have to start with all three pillars?
No. Recommendations are scoped to the practice. The strategy call identifies the most useful starting point and how it can connect to the wider system.
What assistants can do—and where people take over
Defined roles, live proof, and the boundaries that keep judgment human.
01What can the AI assistants do?
Each assistant has a defined role. Approved roles include reception, lead response, booking, review and recovery workflows, proposal follow-up, social planning, payment follow-up, reactivation, support escalation, and content planning.
02Can assistants communicate with existing or former clients?
They can when that communication is necessary for an approved role. Each configuration defines eligible audiences, consent and suppression rules, allowed topics and actions, human approvals, escalation conditions, and stop conditions.
03What happens when a matter is sensitive or outside scope?
It escalates to a person according to the configured workflow. AI does not replace professional judgment.
04Is there a live AI demo?
Reception AI is the only assistant with a verified live conversational demonstration. Visitors can speak with Reception AI through browser voice or the permanent phone fallback. The guided typed experience remains clearly labeled as a workflow—not live AI text. Other assistants use role-specific charts, timelines, and samples.
Open the verified live demo →05How does Review AI handle dissatisfaction?
It can collect private feedback and give the team visibility for service recovery. When someone is dissatisfied, the system does not proactively push a public-review request. It never blocks that person from independently finding a public review profile.
Where information goes and what PGT promises
Operational ownership, evidence standards, and the clean next step.
01Where do public forms and bookings go?
They go to GHL. GHL owns public leads, contacts, attribution, opportunities, booking, nurture, follow-up, proposals, and sales automation.
02Where do client files go?
The client onboarding page explains how asset links, the client Google Drive workspace, and the corresponding project records are handled.
See client onboarding →03Do you promise specific results?
No. PGT explains the process, scope, and observable evidence without promising rankings, revenue, response times, or other outcomes outside its control.
04Who is accountable for the work?
A PGT team owns the agreed implementation and management scope. Sensitive, ambiguous, or out-of-scope matters move to a person.
